Staff RN, Part-time/Casual, Emergency Department-Lewis Center

Conduct initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for patients and families in the Emergency Department. Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate responses to achieve patient outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team. Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization environment. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment.
