Staff RN, Part-time/Casual, Emergency Department-Lewis Center

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the Emergency Department, performing initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and evaluating patient responses. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality and safety within this High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Schedule is variable with as-needed hours to support 24/7/365 department operations.
