Staff RN, part-time, 7P-7A, Emergency Department-Grady Memorial Hospital

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within a High Reliability Organization framework. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Scheduled for 24 weekly hours in the night shift (7P-7A).
