Staff RN, part-time, 7P-7A, Emergency Department-Grady Memorial Hospital

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department, performing health status assessments and documenting interventions to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Scheduled for 24 weekly hours in the night shift (7P-7A) within the High Reliability Organization framework.
