Job Summary
Provides general nursing care in the Observation Unit for Marion, OH. Performs initial and ongoing health status assessments, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes, and evaluates responses to care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Leads or participates in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient safety, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization. Requires active RN licensure in Ohio and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) with day-shift, full-time scheduling (36 hrs/week).
