Staff RN - Observation Unit 1

Provides general nursing care to patients and families in diverse care settings under the guidance of the health care team. Responsibilities include: initial and ongoing health status assessments, planning interventions to achieve outcomes, implementing and evaluating care, participating in process improvements and maintaining safety/quality as part of a High Reliability Organization. Night shift with 36 scheduled hours weekly. Must be an Ohio-licensed RN with BLS. Founder of care is to support wellness and health within the patient population served.
