Job Summary
Provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse care settings as part of a multidisciplinary team; perform initial and ongoing health assessments, document planned interventions, and revise care plans based on evaluative data; participate in process improvement to support clinical quality, patient safety, and organizational performance; demonstrate leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization (HRO) framework; requires Ohio RN licensure and BLS certification with a 36-hour (Night) weekly schedule in the Observation Unit 1.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
