Staff RN - NICU (night)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the NICU. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes; and evaluate responses to nursing interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Operate 24/7/365 on a night shift from 7:00pm-7:30am with 36 weekly hours, rotating every other weekend and holidays.
