Staff RN - MPCU - Contingent - Day Shift (62273)

The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises patient care using the nursing process; provides education for patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge; documents nursing care thoroughly; collaborates with physicians and other team members to ensure smooth transition of care; administers medications and performs treatments accurately; ensures FMC policies are followed and equipment is ready for patient care; physical exertion up to 50–100 pounds occasionally and 10–20 pounds constantly as part of patient handling.
