Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the Pulmonary Unit. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Work alongside hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to deliver top-notch care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory issues. Shifts run part-time days from 7am to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
