Staff RN - MedSurg Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neuro floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice while functioning within organizational policies. Work nights from 7pm to 7am as part of a multidisciplinary team supported by a Stroke Coordinator, therapy, and specialty teams. This role is available to new graduates or those with one year of hospital experience, with a sign-on bonus and specialty differential. The unit pairs staff with a preceptor for comprehensive orientation and training.
