Staff RN - MedSurg Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neuro floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice while working within organizational policies and procedures. Support the multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapy, and case management during full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7am. This role is part of a DNV Stroke Certified Neuroscience unit where staff utilize NIHSS assessments and follow the Georgia stroke class curriculum. New graduates eligible for the position may apply, with a preceptor pairing system to support goal-setting and training.
