Staff RN-Medical Unit, Grant

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients and families across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement for clinical quality and safety. Perform initial and ongoing health assessments, document interventions, and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Scheduled for night shifts with 36 weekly hours.
