Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across diverse acute settings while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document outcomes, and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within a High Reliability Organization framework. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and an Associate's degree (BSN required after five years). Night shift, 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
