Staff RN- Medical Unit 3, PT

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in diverse acute settings, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within a 24/7/365 schedule. Maintain BLS certification and an active Ohio RN license; a BSN is required after five years of employment.
