Staff RN- Medical Unit 3

Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings. Responsibilities include assessment/diagnosis, outcomes identification/planning, implementation/evaluation, and leadership within a multidisciplinary team. Delegates nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs, adheres to Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participates in process improvement as a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Requires active RN license in Ohio (or compact state), BLS certification, and BSN per minimum qualifications. Work shift is Day, with 36 scheduled hours per week in Medical Unit 3.
