Staff RN - Medical Unit 1

Staff RN on Medical Unit 1 provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in inpatient settings, collaborating with the health care team. Responsibilities include initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; identifying and planning outcomes; implementing and evaluating interventions; participating in process improvement and leadership activities to achieve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. The role operates within a High Reliability Organization framework, supports throughputs and patient care coordination, and requires adherence to BLS and CPR competencies.
