Staff RN - Medical Surgical / Oncology

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for patients and families across the health-illness continuum. Document outcomes and revise care plans based on evaluative data within a multidisciplinary team. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires BLS certification, RN licensure, and a state driver's license. Night shift, 36 weekly hours.
