Staff RN - Medical Specialty Unit

Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for patients and families along the health-illness continuum. Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs and evaluate responses to those interventions. Revise the plan of care based on evaluative data as part of a multidisciplinary team. Actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties within a High Reliability Organization. Complete 36 weekly hours in the Medical Unit 1 during day shifts.
