Job Summary
Provide general nursing care to patients in the Medical Post-Surgical Unit; perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments as applicable to the population and/or individual; document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes; implement and evaluate responses to interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; actively participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient care, and financial performance as part of a High Reliability Organization; 36 hours per week, day shift; requires Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with 5 years of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
