Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Trauma Unit 2, performing initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within this High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
