Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Med Surg Ortho Unit, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Document planned interventions and revise care plans based on multidisciplinary team data. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Scheduled for 24 weekly hours during the day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
