Staff RN - Med Surg Ortho, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on the Med Surg Ortho Unit while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes; and evaluate responses to nursing interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within a High Reliability Organization framework. Requires BLS certification, current Ohio RN license, and a BSN after five years of employment. Night shift coverage with 36 weekly hours.
