Staff RN - Med Surg Ortho, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Med Surg Ortho Unit, including initial and ongoing health status assessments and documentation of planned interventions. Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Provide professional nursing care services across the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 environment, with a focus on achieving targeted clinical quality measures. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment.
