Staff RN - Med Surg Ortho (Marion)

Provides general nursing care to patients and families in diverse acute care settings as a Staff RN in Medical Unit 4 (Marion, OH). Accountable for nursing practice per the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and conducts assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment/diagnosis, outcomes identification/planning, implementation/evaluation, leadership in process improvement, and operational duties. Full-time day shift (36 hrs/wk) with potential weekend/shift differential. BLS and Ohio RN licensure required; BSN required at 5 years of employment. Equal opportunity employer.
