Staff RN - Med Surg Ortho 1- Nights

Conduct initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for patients and families along the health-illness continuum. Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs and evaluate responses to interventions at determined intervals. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to revise the plan of care based on evaluative data and actively participate in process improvement activities targeting clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Work night shifts on the Med Surg Ortho Unit 1 with 24 scheduled weekly hours.
