Staff RN - Med Surg Oncology / Hospice

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the oncology unit, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to maintain clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and safety standards as a High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with five years of employment. Full-time night shift (7p-7a) with weekend and shift differential eligibility.
