Staff RN Med Surg, Nights 7p-7a (Southeastern Medical Center)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses; and evaluate responses to achieve patient outcomes. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality and safety. Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the 24/7/365 department schedule.
