Staff RN, Med Surg, 7a-7p

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in diverse acute settings. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; identify outcomes and document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses. Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans with the multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality and safety. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and Associate's degree (BSN required after five years). Full-time dayshift 7a-7p, 36 hours weekly.
