Staff RN, Labor & Delivery, Part-time 24hr

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in Labor and Delivery, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting interventions and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary evaluative data. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within this High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Operates 24 hours weekly in the Labor and Delivery Unit 1.
