Staff RN - Labor & Delivery

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery Unit 1, providing general care across the continuum of care. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document interventions, and revise care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Scheduled for night shifts with 24 weekly hours.
