Job Summary
Night-shift Staff RN in the Labor and Delivery unit providing direct nursing care across a 24/7 schedule. Responsible for assessment/diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team; leads or participates in process improvement and high-reliability practices focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Works with LPNs and UAPs under Ohio Board of Nursing standards; requires BLS, RN license, and relevant obstetric/inpatient competencies (NRP, C-EFM). Required Qualifications
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Ohio Board of Nursing license or eligibility
- 1 year of recent inpatient RN experience strongly preferred
- NRP within 6 months
- C-EFM at 1 year
- Weekend/Holiday/On-Call requirement
- 3X12 hour shifts (7pm-7:30am)
- Work Shift: Night
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36
