Staff RN - Intermediate Care Unit (Casual)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients while documenting interventions and outcomes. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and evaluate responses to interventions with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within the Intermediate Care Unit. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN after five years of employment. Variable schedule with as-needed hours.
