Staff RN - Intermediate Care Unit (Casual)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments, document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses, and evaluate responses to care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while actively participating in process improvement activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Requires a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN with five years of employment. Operates on a variable schedule with as-needed hours in the Intermediate Care Unit.
