Staff RN - Intensive Care (ICU), Nights, Doctor's Hospital

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the Intensive Care Unit, performing initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting planned interventions and evaluating response to care. Participate in process improvement activities to maintain clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance as a High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with five years of employment. Scheduled for 36 weekly night hours.
