Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the Intensive Care Unit, documenting health status changes and revising care plans based on multidisciplinary team data. Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per Ohio Nurse Practice Act criteria. Lead process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN with five years of employment. Night shift with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
