Staff RN Inpatient C (Southeastern Medical Center)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across the continuum of care in diverse acute settings. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions to achieve appropriate patient outcomes; and evaluate responses to nursing interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within this High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment.
