Job Summary
Staff RN in ICU Step-Down poised to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7/365 health system setting. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessment, planning and implementing care, evaluation of outcomes, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization framework, with leadership and process-improvement responsibilities. Night shift, 36 hours weekly, in Columbus, Ohio. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree, RN license in Ohio, BLS certification, and BSN required after five years of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
