Staff RN -ICU/ Intermediate Full-Time, Night Shift (Variable)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients across diverse acute settings. Document planned interventions to achieve patient outcomes and evaluate responses to nursing interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality and operational efficiency within our High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Night shift variable schedule with 36 weekly hours.
