Staff RN - ICU - Full Time Nights (62852)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care using the nursing process while supervising co-workers and delegating appropriate tasks. Provide quality family-centered nursing care, educate patients and families from admission through discharge, and ensure thorough documentation of the nursing process. Administer medications and treatments accurately, work closely with physicians to address patient concerns, and maintain compliance with clinic workflows and equipment standards. Valid Ohio nursing license, CPR certification, and physical ability to handle patient transfers are required. Full-time night shift with $15,000 bonus available.
