Staff RN - Hybrid Med/Surg/Intermediate (Nights)

Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for medical patients with cardiac, renal, infectious, and gastrointestinal diagnoses. Document planned nursing interventions and evaluate responses to achieve patient outcomes within the med/surg unit. Actively participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Provide general nursing care to patients and families while collaborating with the multidisciplinary health care team.
