Job Summary
Staff RN in the Heart & Vascular EP Lab in Mansfield, OH provides general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in an acute setting. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care; documentation of planned interventions for outcomes; participation in multidisciplinary care, process improvements, and adherence to high reliability standards focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires BLS certification, a BSN, and an Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), with 2 years ICU/ER experience; shifts are 4–10 hours (7:00–17:30), with no weekends/holidays/call, Day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
- Four-10-hour shift/week. 0700-1730 (no weekends/no holidays/no call)
- Must have 2 years ICU and/or Emergency room experience
