Staff RN - H11B Endo/Renal/GI (Day/Night Rotation or Nights)

Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks a Staff RN for 36 hours per week with day/night rotation or nights, and every-other-weekend/holiday rotation. Provides developmentally appropriate patient care, using a Family Centered approach, and communicates care needs to LPNs, PCAs, Unit Coordinators, and Allied Health staff. Delivers care plans using evidence-based practices, maintains professional nursing standards, advocates for patients, participates in quality improvement, and supports organizational policies. Requires Ohio RN licensure and a BSN or ASN with a commitment to obtain a BSN within 5 years. CPR certification is required, with willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other certifications as determined by the unit.
