Staff RN Float Pool, Part Time 25-hours Day Shift

Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, assessing physical and psychosocial conditions while advocating for patients and their families. Develop and communicate patient plans of care, collaborate on implementation, and document daily group notes, treatment plans, and all aspects of care clearly and timely. Provide supervision to non-RN personnel, act as a preceptor for new staff or students, and respond to crises in a calm, efficient manner. Administer medications and treatments adhering to the 5 rights, maintain equipment, and participate in performance improvement, risk management, and clinical research activities. Complete required training, support hospital-wide initiatives, and actively seek clarification during shifts.
