Staff RN - Endoscopy, Doctors Hospital

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Endoscopy department, including initial and ongoing health status assessments. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act while documenting planned interventions and evaluating response to care. Participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN after five years of employment. Schedule is 40 weekly hours during the day.
