Staff RN - Emergency Department (Marion)

Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments for patients and families in the Emergency Department. Document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs and evaluate responses to those interventions. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to revise plans of care based on evaluative data. Actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Requires an Associate's Degree, BLS certification, and Registered Nurse licensure. Evening shift (11-11p), 36 hours weekly, eligible for weekend and shift differential.
