Job Summary
Staff RN for the Emergency Department working the 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) at USC Arcadia Hospital. Responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process, IV therapy, and medication administration; supervision of LVN/CNA and nursing students; participation in department and organizational quality improvement activities; adherence to nursing standards of practice; and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Requires California RN licensure with ACLS/BLS as appropriate; bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of acute care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
