Staff RN - Edgefield County Hospital, Resource Pool Shifts Vary

Conduct professional nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients using the Nursing Process, including assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation. Document care in accordance with medical plans, critical pathways, and established policies. Coordinate and delegate care to other professionals and ancillary personnel while communicating findings to appropriate parties. Adhere to NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center educational requirements. Perform any other job-related duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Director. Requires South Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS within one year.
