Job Summary
Utilizes a Family Centered approach to nursing care, assessing individualized patient needs and communicating care priorities to team members. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating care based on Evidence-Based Practices. Engages with workplace community through quality improvement initiatives and documentation according to organizational standards. Essential skills include strong communication, culturally competent care, and advanced critical thinking. Requires Ohio RN licensure and a BSN. CPR certification is mandatory, with additional certifications as specified by management.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- BSN or an Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR certification required
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other necessary certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work nights, every other weekend, and holiday rotation
