Staff RN (Casual) - Radiation Oncology - Mansfield

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in perioperative and operating room settings within Radiation Oncology. Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments; document planned interventions based on nursing diagnoses; and evaluate responses to interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team. Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and actively participate in process improvement activities to drive clinical quality and safety. Requires a BSN with five years of employment, current Ohio RN license, and BLS certification. Schedule is day shift, as needed, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
